Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the market territory by prospecting clients in the education sector, identifying decision-makers, creating proposals, and closing meetings.
  • Qualify prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the value of goFLUENT's solutions.
  • Develop compelling business cases demonstrating ROI for our solutions.
  • Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from key client accounts.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to close high-potential deals.
  • Participate in exhibitions and events.
  • Travel to customer sites within the territory to support sales efforts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2Edu sales, preferably with SaaS and international exposure.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and C-suite executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proactive, personable, hard-working, and adaptable individual.
  • Experience using LinkedIn.
  • Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is advantageous.
  • At least C1 English level is mandatory.
  • Fluency in German is highly valued.
