At goFLUENT, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Account Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing your territory by identifying opportunities, expanding accounts, and engaging new decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of building relationships with C-level executives and senior management. You will also possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, as well as a self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.

In this role, you will leverage your network and relationships to connect global learning leaders in multinational companies with goFLUENT's solutions. You will drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts, and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to nurture your accounts.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be fluent in English, with Spanish being a plus. You will also need to be active on social media in a business context, with LinkedIn experience preferred. Experience in Training, e-Learning, or HR services is also a big plus.
