We are seeking a skilled Travel Support Specialist to join our B2B team at Careerxtra. As a key player in our global travel support team, you will provide personalized support to clients, tackling travel and tech-related issues with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist travelers with their queries, providing tailored assistance.
- Tackle travel and tech-related issues, whether it's handling standard platform queries or resolving urgent travel emergencies.
- Stay updated on travel industry changes and platform knowledge to provide exceptional service.
- Build strong relationships across global teams, sharing insights and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams to contribute to product improvements.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs to drive success in a fast-paced environment.
Your Profile:
- Languages: Native/fluent Italian, both oral and written, with excellent English (B2 or higher).
- Travel expertise: Previous experience in customer service roles, ideally within the travel or hotel sector.
- GDS knowledge: Strong familiarity with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan) is essential.
- Motivated by meeting metrics and using them as an indicator of success.
- Excellent communicator: You enjoy crafting personalized verbal and written communication that resonates with clients.
- Team-oriented: You thrive in a collaborative environment, love giving and receiving feedback, and lift up your team members.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and our in-house travel customer service platform.
- Flexible schedule: Able to work non-traditional hours (early mornings, late evenings, weekends) to support our 24/7 team.
