Customer Success Representative

Agicap is a fast-growing financial management solution for SMBs and Mid-Market companies. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to replicate our success story in the Spanish market.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, understanding their business needs, and developing personal relationships with users and decision-makers. You will also be responsible for defining and implementing satisfaction and retention strategies, detecting cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and improving our product by gathering feedback from customers.
We are looking for a native/fluuent Spanish speaker with a problem-solving mindset, passion for providing excellent customer experience, and previous success in customer relationships. If you have experience in a SaaS environment targeting SMBs, that's a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and be responsible for a customer portfolio
- Answer customer requests (chat, email, phone)
- Support and onboard new customers
- Understand customer business, challenges, and needs
- Develop personal relationships with users and decision-makers
- Define and implement satisfaction and retention strategies
- Detect cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and make accounts grow
- Improve our product and help our Product team by gathering feedback from customers
- Maintain a high NPS
- Contribute to the constant improvement of our processes, best practices, and tools
