Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Sales Team member to join our management team in Lisbon (hybrid work model). As a strategic business development leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing company performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
1. Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in business development or a related field;
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Management or a related area;
3. A goal-oriented and people-driven mindset;
4. Ability to learn and understand our products and markets;
5. Skilled in managing and interpreting company performance metrics;
6. Quick and effective problem-solving skills;
7. Assertiveness and resilience in overcoming obstacles;
8. Enthusiasm for daily challenges and professional growth;
