Job Overview

Cross Border Talents is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, language proficiency, and problem-solving.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions to product-related issues, and escalating complex cases when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Provide clear and concise solutions to customer problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Evaluate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions within our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • No previous experience required – entry-level candidates welcome.

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (rotational shifts).
  • 2 days off per week, offering a healthy work-life balance.
