About the Role: As a Strategic Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient order-to-cash processes globally. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to standardize and harmonize O2C processes, driving innovation and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Process Design and Implementation: Define and own the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process from a technical perspective, including customer EDI at the global and enterprise level.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business end-to-end process owners and functional departments on global, regional, and site levels to implement standard O2C processes.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls for relevant countries.
  • Process Operations and Optimization: Maintain adequate and updated process documentation, handle queries and escalations, and drive innovation to improve the O2C process.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
