In this fast-paced environment, cross-functional teams collaborate to achieve success across all channels, operating in highly competitive categories. We have around 10,000 sales people worldwide, working in market roles and ranging from Field Sales to Category Development.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainee to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship building, working closely with our National Account Manager, Key Account Managers and other professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Assist National Account Manager in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the pharmacy channel.
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned key accounts, contributing ideas to improve customer engagement and drive both business and category growth.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking key account performance, and helping to forecast future sales based on customers needs and market conditions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including trade marketing and operations to ensure alignment on customer requirements and successful project execution.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's brands and products, becoming an expert point of contact for customers
  • Sales Support: Provide support in the sales process, including preparing presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.

The Experience We're Looking For

We are looking for recent graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields who are eager to forge a path in sales. You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team and clients, as well as an analytical approach with a talent for interpreting data and market insights.

Salary and Incentives

This role offers a salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, eligible roles receive short-term incentives to recognise, appreciate and reward outstanding results.
