Dedicated Customer Service Representative for Search Engine Industry

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join our team at Eugenia Talent. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients in a fast-paced environment.
The Job Description:
You will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to resolve their issues. This includes:
- Assisting customers via telephone, emails and chat
- Providing technical assistance on the platform
- Applying the correct escalation process when necessary
- Being an active listener and showing yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
- Identifying, studying and proposing the best solution to help the customer
- Providing good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished
- Gathering all relevant information into the system and always making sure you deliver a high level of service
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills in Dutch and intermediate level in English. Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus. You should also be a genuine care giver with a problem solver mind, able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package with performance bonuses, a permanent contract with 3 month trial period, apartment room provided, relocation flight reimbursement after 6 months, initial training, and continuous learning opportunities.
Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
