Dedicated Customer Service Representative for Search Engine Industry

Key responsibilities include assisting customers via telephone, emails and chat, providing technical assistance on the platform, and applying the correct escalation process when necessary.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join our team at Eugenia Talent. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients in a fast-paced environment.

The Job Description:

You will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to resolve their issues. This includes:

  • Assisting customers via telephone, emails and chat
  • Providing technical assistance on the platform
  • Applying the correct escalation process when necessary
  • Being an active listener and showing yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
  • Identifying, studying and proposing the best solution to help the customer
  • Providing good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished
  • Gathering all relevant information into the system and always making sure you deliver a high level of service

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills in Dutch and intermediate level in English. Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus. You should also be a genuine care giver with a problem solver mind, able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package with performance bonuses, a permanent contract with 3 month trial period, apartment room provided, relocation flight reimbursement after 6 months, initial training, and continuous learning opportunities.

Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
