About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for guiding clients on improving ad performance and revenue through customized solutions. You will learn about clients' industries, build strong relationships, and identify new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Analyze clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) and Russian
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of advertising principles and willingness to learn
