Japanese Speaking Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality across various content types. As a Japanese Speaking Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and rating content including audio, video, text, and photos, providing thorough written explanations to support each rating and enhance overall rater quality.
Some of the key duties of this position include:
- Evaluating and rating various content types, including audio, video, text, and photos;
- Providing ratings with written rationales for individual judgments and decisions, adhering to the provided task guidelines;
- Participating in calibration sessions with the team and stakeholders, following instructions from the team lead to ensure consistent quality standards;
- Conducting peer audits, assisting in training and providing feedback to team members as part of the process model;
- Collaborating with team members, sharing best practices and contributing to a continuous improvement culture;
- Managing multiple assignments simultaneously, working independently with minimal guidance or assistance from senior or peer team members;
- Assisting in the interview process, supporting the team lead/manager in hiring future team members;
- Ensuring adherence to KPIs, maintaining all KPI-related tasks to avoid business impact;
- Handling multiple customer projects concurrently, meeting customer requirements while working on several projects at once;
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent language proficiency in English (C1 level) and native-level Japanese, as well as strong attention to detail, logical reasoning, and decision-making abilities. A university degree is preferred, and you should be comfortable working with G Suite, especially Google Sheets. The salary for this position is €22.4k - 23.8k per year, offering a competitive compensation package.
