Business Development Professional

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our team at Buscojobs Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for marketing and sales to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
**About the Role**
The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate new business through mass communication, including email and social media, to introduce the company and identify suitable clients within the target market.
The ideal candidate will have excellent client service skills, written and verbal communication skills, and experience with CRM software. Additionally, they will be able to analyze marketing and industry trends, track competitors' activities, and improve marketing and sales strategies.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop new business opportunities through mass communication and lead generation
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects and their pain points
- Analyze marketing and industry trends to improve sales strategies
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline
**Requirements**
- 1+ years of experience in marketing and/or inside sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (MUST)
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software (preferable)
