At Capgemini, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.

In this position, you will act as the end customer's point of contact to support and manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. You will provide information and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a sense of responsibility, pro-activity, and dynamism. You should also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite and enjoy teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have at least B2 level in Italian and English languages. Availability for hybrid work and on-call is required. If you're looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth, apply now

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
