Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Support Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira. The ideal candidate will have/be:
Key Responsibilities
- Correctly perform all tasks in the company's ERP: update customer and intercompany prices, place open orders, closed orders, and canceled orders for external customers and internal customers;
- Maintain material master data and create material information records;
- Support Sales Administration and cooperate with the Accounts Receivable team to support any topic related to invoicing and cash tracking;
- Manage and carry out tasks necessary to achieve the goals of the work group and the organization;
- Archive documents and reports;
- Participate in Problem Solving Groups and/or improvement groups with a view to solving problems;
- Propose solutions and methodologies that contribute to the optimization of teamwork processes.
Requirements
- No experience required;
- High school diploma or degree in business;
- Good computer skills (MS Office); knowledge of SAP is a plus;
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory), knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is valued;
- Analytical mindset.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is €25,000 - €35,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
