Customer Service Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Advisor to join our client's team in a customer-facing role. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional service to customers via various channels, including live chat, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Provide guidance on navigating the platform and resolving technical issues.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.

Requirements:

  • European Portuguese C2.
  • English B2.
  • Interest in sports.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Previous experience in a customer service centre is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work on rotational shift.
