Role Overview:

This CRM Manager position plays a critical role in driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and expanding into new markets. You will develop and execute data-driven campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interface with Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer targeting and campaign performance strategies
  • Collaborate with Product Team to support product expansion and vertical development
  • Work closely with PMM partners to identify key customer journey moments for effective CRM channel leverage
  • Support the Product Team by developing campaigns, triggered flows, and promotions that meet business objectives
  • Communicate results and gather input from Senior Leadership Team on CRM initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM and/or customer journey focused role within marketing
  • Strong understanding of email processes and ESP platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and work ethic
  • Able to champion ideas, execute efficiently, and establish trust with cross-functional teams
