About the RoleWe're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Global Recruitment Intern. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing candidate applications, providing feedback, and maintaining communication with top-tier candidates. You'll work closely with our Global Recruiter to identify areas of opportunity and proactively address them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Management: Screen candidate applications, give feedback to candidates, and handle general candidate communication to ensure a top-tier candidate experience.
- Candidate Search: Utilize various direct sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking, and Employee Referrals, to find the best talent.
- Database Management: Maintain up-to-date internal recruitment systems.
- Analysis and Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment-related reports and analysis.
- Interview and Evaluate Candidates: Collaborate with the Global Recruiter to identify applicants who meet the position requirements.
- Onboarding: Assist in integrating new employees into the company.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or be a university student ready to work full-time.
- Working proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- A proactive and driven approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
