This exciting opportunity involves providing exceptional client service and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
You will be responsible for assessing and addressing customer inquiries, handling product support needs, troubleshooting issues, and offering timely, clear, and easy-to-follow solutions.
Effective collaboration within a dynamic team environment is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in French and good English skills (B2/C1 level), impressive communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks, a team-player attitude, and eagerness to learn and improve.
Determined and responsible individuals who can work on 24/7 shifts are encouraged to apply.
In return, our client offers a competitive salary package (£1,950 - £2,400 per month gross) plus additional health insurance coverage.
Relocation assistance is also available for employees moving to Bulgaria from abroad.
Part-time options (4h or 6h shifts) as well as a Hybrid model of work are available.
Fully paid initial training (during the first 6 weeks from the office) and various other learning opportunities are provided.
