Administrative Technician

The Universal Kraft group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over two decades. Our projects encompass a wide range of sustainable energy initiatives, including small hydro, wind, solar, waste-to-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, such as green Hydrogen and green Ammonia.

We are a global organization with offices in Portugal, Spain, Canada, and Sweden, and we are continuously expanding our team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team as an Administrative Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Experience with payroll processing and knowledge of payroll regulations is a plus
