Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships and driving growth?

As a Customer Success Manager at Zendesk, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their goals and succeed in the ever-evolving world of customer service.

You'll work closely with our customers to understand their unique needs, develop tailored solutions, and leverage data insights to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized engagement plans to ensure customer success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Analyze customer data to inform strategic decisions and drive growth
  • Built strong relationships with customers to promote trust and advocacy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Dutch a plus)
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

As a Zendesk employee, you'll also have access to our hybrid work model, which offers the flexibility to balance remote work with regular in-person collaborations and social events.

This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires occasional travel within Europe.
