Job Overview
We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team, immerse themselves in the brand, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to answer product information requests and resolve queries professionally
- Analyze customer problems and provide individualized solutions
- Offer an omnichannel service through various channels (telephone, email, chat, social media)
- Develop a deep understanding of New Balance products and services
- Act as a brand ambassador and embody the company's values
Requirements
- Fluent French language skills with exceptional grammar and spelling abilities
- High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Able to handle sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Professional approach to problem-solving
What We Offer
- Estimated salary: €14,625 per year
- Temporary contract with a 3-month probation period
- Part-time schedule (31 hours/week)
- Working days/hours: Monday (12:30 PM - 8:00 PM), Tuesday to Friday (1:30 PM - 8:00 PM)
