Job Summary: As a F&B Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing events, and promoting our restaurant as a premier destination for groups and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and personalized telephone reception, responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests
  • Promote our restaurant as a top choice for groups and events, highlighting its unique features and benefits
  • Develop relationships with regular customers, building trust and loyalty through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manage events from initial contact to delivery, working closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain accurate statistics on services and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets

Requirements:

  • Caring and friendly demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of communication
  • Fluent English language proficiency, with French being an asset
  • Ability to manage pressure and stress, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in managing events and high-pressure situations, with a strong problem-solving approach
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
