TN Portugal is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Support Administrative professional to join their team in Lisbon. As an integral part of our client's team, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing customer claims, liaising with insurance companies, clients, and service providers via phone and email, coordinating the direct billing process with international providers, handling a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide, and processing e-claims and Invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage customer claims to ensure timely and fair resolution.
- Liaise with insurance companies, clients, and service providers via phone and email to resolve queries and provide updates.
- Coordinate the direct billing process with international providers to ensure seamless transactions.
- Handle a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide, providing exceptional support and services.
- Process e-claims and Invoicing accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
- Previous experience in insurance, particularly in the medical sector, within an international environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Service-oriented mindset to deliver excellent customer service.
