Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify customers' needs and deliver suitable solutions, including sales.
  • Guide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions, and provide timely resolution to their inquiries.
  • Assist customers with placing orders and related issues.
  • Answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues they face, while assisting with account problems.
  • Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on effectively handling frequently asked questions.
  • Turn every customer into a happy one.
  • Exchange ideas and solutions with your colleagues.

What You Will Bring:

You will bring fluent Slovak language skills, excellent communication abilities, sales experience with consumer products and services as an asset, technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems, advanced internet research skills, an empathetic personality with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and absorb knowledge and experience.
