Administrative Support Professional

About the Role
As an Administrative Support Professional for our Western Europe Corporate team, you will be the right-hand person for our Business Program Manager. This role involves providing administrative support to a team of Legal Attorneys and Government Affairs professionals across 12 European countries.
Key Responsibilities
• Interact with suppliers across Europe, including setting up new ones.
• Raise purchase orders in our internal purchase tool for team members.
• Prepare drafts of standard statements of work and sponsorship agreements.
• Handle invoicing issues and delays by interacting with our Account Payables team members.
• Provide support for team leaders, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and creating travel expense reports.
• Draft short articles on company initiatives for our internal Campaign site.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Team Assistant in a corporate environment or multinational company.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must; additional language skills are welcome.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep calm under pressure; a caring and patient person with a true interest in helping others.
• Basic understanding of different working tools, corporate structures, and financial concepts to facilitate onboarding.
