Role Summary
A driven and proactive Administrative Assistant is sought to provide exceptional support to senior BCG executives and their teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a master of tasks, a critical thinker, and a problem solver who can work with limited direction.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide proactive support to senior BCG executives and their teams with internal and external commitments.
• Organize and schedule client and internal meetings, anticipating and managing complex calendars.
• Anticipate and coordinate travel needs, including booking and unbooking hotels and transportation.
• Process timesheets and expenses in a timely manner.
• Proactively anticipate and solve problems before they arise.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist with high-leverage activities, including research, gathering information, and preparing materials.
• Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to senior executives and their teams.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in professional services or a multinational company.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite.
• Curiosity, insight, teaming, and execution skills.

About the Team
The business management and operations team at BCG ensures the firm runs smoothly, efficiently, and productively. Team members work closely with executive and administrative assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and team leaders.
