Marketing Manager for B2C Growth

About the Role: As a Marketing Manager for B2C Growth, you will drive the rapid expansion of our user base for the Cleanfox app, which provides significant value to millions of users worldwide. You will also be responsible for launching our upcoming B2C apps.
Your Responsibilities:
- Define Acquisition Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy for our target countries, allocating budgets and selecting channels to maximize growth.
- Paid Acquisition Campaigns: Strategize and manage campaigns across various channels, including Social Ads, Google Ads, in-app exchanges, Programmatic, and more.
- Campaign Performance: Continuously monitor campaign results, making swift data-driven adjustments to maintain high performance.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage various data sources to identify and evaluate growth opportunities, improving campaign performance through a test-and-learn approach.
- Advertising Campaigns: Track and monitor advertising campaigns, creating tagging plans, adding UTMs, and testing event tracking.
- Attribution Methods: Follow and improve attribution methods to ensure accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: Several years of experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, channels, and associated KPIs: CTR, CVR, CPM, CPA, etc.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, particularly mobile attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.).
- Autonomy and Entrepreneurial Mindset: High level of autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset, able to dig deep to uncover growth opportunities and tackle challenges head-on.
- B2C Experience: Experience with an app or B2C-focused company is a plus.
