We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to high-net-worth clients through inbound and outbound calls and written communication
  • Managing customer relationships and processing digitized requests for services such as travel assistance, lifestyle management, and special occasions
  • Maintaining accuracy and security of customer information on our database

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
  • An advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Courtesy, active listening, availability, and personalized follow-up
  • Customer-oriented, willingness to provide personalized care
  • Attention to detail and quality of service: thoroughness, precision, reliability
  • People-oriented, value-added interpersonal skills

The estimated salary for this position is €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience.
