Luxury Concierge Customer Service Representative

At Sitel Corp., we're seeking a skilled and multilingual professional to join our German Customer Support team in sunny Lisbon, Portugal. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with a premier global luxury concierge service that caters to high-net-worth clientele worldwide.
About the RoleAs a customer service specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to clients while ensuring seamless communication through various channels, including inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.
You'll be working closely with the client's management team to meet their quality standards and business objectives, which includes maintaining accuracy and security of customer information on the database, identifying and escalating issues appropriately, and composing thoughtful messages or customizing prepared responses to customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A native or proficient level of German (C2) and advanced English (at least C1) language skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong communication skills, with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing abilities;
- Courtesy, active listening, availability, and personalized follow-up;
- Customer-oriented approach, willingness to provide personalized care;
- Attention to detail and quality of service: thoroughness, precision, reliability;
- People-oriented, value-added interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in using Office and CRM tools;
- Lifelong learning ability to apply situational knowledge effectively;
- Familiarity with new technologies and a passion for continuous growth.
To succeed in this role, you must be dependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimal supervision while interacting positively with peers and supervisors.

About the SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €35,000 - €40,000, based on industry standards and the current cost of living in Lisbon, Portugal.
