Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in addressing complex customer inquiries, complaints, and issues associated with products and services for a well-known entertainment brand.

Main Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve escalated customer cases related to products and services.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Make informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
  • A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
  • Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle.

Benefits

We offer a competitive package including:

  • Type of contract: Unfixed term contract, with a 30-day probation period.
  • Full-time working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00.
  • Salary conditions: €850 gross per month, along with a €50 tech bonus, a €200 language bonus, and a €120 performance bonus.
  • Loyalty bonus of €300 every three months.
