About the Role
">We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Technical Support Hero, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter while playing our games.
What You Will Do
">Your main responsibility will be to provide technical support, answer questions, and resolve problems related to our games. You will be the first point of contact for our users, and your goal will be to ensure they have a positive experience while interacting with our company.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. You should be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of computer systems and hardware. Experience in a call center environment, particularly in the video game industry, is a plus.
Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €2,500 per month (plus benefits). You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
Working Hours and Location
">You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 8pm. The work location is Parque das Nações, Lisbon, Portugal.
