Embark on a rewarding career as a Technical Support Agent with Blu Selection, a global leader in the BPO industry. You'll play a vital role in addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues associated with products and services for our esteemed entertainment brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate complex cases, analyzing data to identify root causes for timely resolutions
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver effective solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and adhere to company policies and standards

Key Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
  • A valid Portuguese work permit (required)
  • Living in or willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of €850 gross per month, along with a range of benefits, including:

  • A 50€ tech bonus
  • A 200€ language bonus
  • A 120€ performance bonus every quarter
  • Loyalty bonus of 300€ every three months
  • Health insurance coverage after six months
  • Paid professional training and employee discounts
