Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our busy team based in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our data-driven team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with our players via messaging service tools and occasionally via ticketing systems to answer their questions and resolve their queries.
- Inform players of upcoming promotions, regulation changes, and requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide fast, thorough, and friendly responses to customer inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with all PokerStars guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Assist management with tasks and projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Customer-obsessed with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Multitasking abilities with the capacity to think quickly on your feet and make solid decisions.
- Tech-savviness and efficiency with various communication and office software tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, challenging situations, and evolving environments.
