Job Description:
This is a dynamic day shift role for a Customer Support Specialist - German and English, working in our busy customer support data-driven team based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
You will be part of a fast-paced environment, working to agreed targets as we strive to grow our brands and develop our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Customer-obsessed with a strong focus on providing fast, accurate, thorough, and friendly responses.
- Able to multitask and think quickly on your feet, making solid decisions under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and efficient with different communication and office software tools.
