Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in both German and English, and have prior experience in technical support.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that involves providing comprehensive support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. The successful candidate will maintain a professional demeanor, escalating cases as per protocol when necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Provide detailed assistance to customers with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical issues.
- Maintain brand voice and tone across various communication channels.
- Escalate complaints in a professional manner, following established protocols.
- Record customer interactions and relevant details for efficient support.
- Native German speaker with professional-level English (B2) proficiency.
- Prior experience in tech support or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, including formal speech and writing capabilities.
- Proficiency in customer support tools and communication platforms.
- A problem-solving mindset with empathy, patience, and effective issue resolution skills.
- A competitive salary of up to 19,033.72 EUR per year.
- A meal allowance of 7.23 EUR per day.
- A transport allowance of 20 EUR per month.
- A performance bonus of up to 1,440 EUR per year.
- Health insurance provided from Day 1.
- Weekdays: 08:00 - 20:00 (Rotational shifts).
- Weekends: 08:00 - 17:00 (Rotational weekends).
- Two rotational days off each week.
