Dedicated Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our client's customer support team for a leading website solutions company. Based in Lisbon, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our product and development teams.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via chat, email, and phone. You will troubleshoot user issues, provide guidance and solutions, and educate users on the platform's features to ensure they get the most out of their websites.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Native or advanced German (C2) proficiency;
- Intermediate level of English (B2);
- Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory);
- Tech-savviness, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

A Competitive Salary PackageBase salary: €1,100 per month
Complexity bonus up to €180 per month
Meal allowance of €7.23 per day worked
24/7 schedule, including bank holidays, with night shift
2 days off: 2-day rotational leave
6-month working contract (renewable)
