About the Role

As a Dedicated Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking banking services. Your role involves providing exceptional support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Bank Customers: Assist clients with account management, transactions, and other banking needs.
  • Explain Products and Services: Clearly communicate information about available products and services.
  • Resolve Inquiries: Address customer questions with comprehensive solutions.
  • Foster Brand Loyalty: Deliver courteous and professional service to uphold the bank's reputation.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Czech (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for helping others and resolving problems.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts.
Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary package, including:

  • Salary Package Options: 1060.50 EUR gross/month or 1260.00 EUR gross/month, depending on experience.

Work Schedule and Relocation:

Expect a standard 40-hour workweek with two days off per week, assigned by shift manager. Our relocation package includes:

  • Travel Support: Airport pick-up, administrative registration assistance, reimbursement of initial flight expenses, and complimentary annual round-trip flight to your home country within the EU.
  • Accommodation: Fully furnished and equipped shared apartments with utility costs covered.
