Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual gross salary for this position is up to 19,033.72 EUR, including a base salary of 15,400 EUR per year, complexity bonus, meal allowance, transport allowance, and performance bonus.

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist with native German language skills and professional-level English (B2) to assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical issues via phone, email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will maintain brand voice and tone across private and public channels, handle complaints with professionalism, and accurately document customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Native German speaker with professional-level English (B2)
  • Prior experience in a tech support or related field preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, formal speech, and strong writing capabilities
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with customer support tools and communication platforms
  • Problem-solving mindset, empathy, patience, and knack for resolving customer issues effectively
