Salary PackageWe offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of 15,400 EUR per year (paid over 14 months), plus a complexity bonus of 1,485 EUR per year, meal allowance of 7.23 EUR per day (net), and transport allowance of 20 EUR per month (240 EUR per year). Our total gross annual income is up to 19,033.72 EUR, with the possibility of earning up to 1,440 EUR per year (120/month) in performance bonuses.
Job DescriptionAs a Technical Customer Support Specialist with German and English proficiency, you will be responsible for assisting users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical issues via phone, email, chat, and social media. You will maintain our brand voice and tone across private and public channels, handle complaints with professionalism, escalate cases as per protocol, and record customer interactions and relevant details.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Native German speaker with professional-level English (B2)
- Prior experience in a tech support or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, formal speech, and strong writing capabilities essential
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with customer support tools and communication platforms
