Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing advice, sales, troubleshooting, and setup support for their new products.
  • Identify, respond to, and resolve customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide professional customer service solutions over the phone, live chat, and emails.
  • Troubleshoot any malfunctions in our digital services.
  • Correct data such as GPS location, driver data, scheduled maintenance, fuel consumption, etc.
  • Guarantee client satisfaction and a high level of quality.
  • Ensure and participate in the success of the department.

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with excellent English skills.
  • Affinity or interest in the automotive industry.
  • Strong customer focus, reliability, adaptability, and fast learner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional attitude, team player, and enjoy working in multicultural environments.

Benefits:

  • Full-time job, 40 hours a week.
  • Salary: approx. 1100-1300€ gross per month x 14 salaries per year + performance-related bonus.
  • Schedule: available to work in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday.
  • Complete relocation package including flight ticket to Athens, hotel accommodation for 2 weeks, assistance in finding a flat, flight ticket home and back every year.
