Job Title: Automotive Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the automotive industry. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot malfunctions in digital services and correct data errors
Provide professional customer service solutions over the phone, live chat, and emails
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service

Requirements:
Native German speaker with excellent English skills
Affinity or interest in the automotive industry
Strong customer focus and ability to multitask
Highly reliable, adaptable, and a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
