Job Description

Your role as a Customer Service Representative for Streaming Platform will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing support to customers via various channels, including social media, email, chat, and phone.
  2. Assisting customers with subscription-related inquiries, invoicing, and troubleshooting issues.
  3. Identifying and resolving customer concerns.
  4. Offering help with software functionality.
  5. Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  6. Recording data in the CRM system.
  7. Providing ad-hoc support.
  8. Collaborating with the team to achieve project success.
