Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role will involve providing exceptional support to high-level clients across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering pre and post-sales support for all self-service products, as well as providing product and tool support to enhance clients' experience. You will also identify and solve problems, such as technical bugs and ads' delivery issues, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to high-level clients to help them grow across multiple channels - chat, email, and phone;
  • Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
  • Deliver pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
  • Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' experience;
  • Identify and solve problems, such as technical bugs and ads' delivery issues;
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German;
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level) is required;
  • Computer skills (mandatory basic skills and preferential advanced skills like coding);
  • Good analytic skills and logical thinking;
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and listening skills;
  • Proactive and quick learner;
  • Able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform;
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €28,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a stable work environment, career progression opportunities, investment in training and personal development, and a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.

Location

This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires Monday to Sunday availability, including rotating weekends.
