We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Excellence Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. This role is based in Lisbon, and we require a dedicated professional with expertise in customer support.

Job Overview:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Cross Border Talents representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-notch support and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering detailed product information and solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Support Process Improvement: Collaborate with your team to refine support strategies and optimize the customer experience.
  • Account Management: Help manage customer accounts, process orders, and assist with product returns and exchanges.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to help improve service quality and product offerings.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Fluent German (C2 level)
  • Fluent English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
