Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our team at Ambis. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying and qualifying leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers using various methods such as social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
  • Qualifying Leads: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs and determine their fit with our solutions.
  • Outreach & Communication: Develop personalized outreach strategies through phone, email, and social media to connect with decision-makers and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring accurate data for reporting and follow-up.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to better position our solutions.
  • KPI Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly quotas for lead generation, meetings booked, and other key performance metrics.
