About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Education market. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to contribute to the continued success of goFLUENT Group SA.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven sales and business development experience in the Education sector, preferably with SaaS solutions.
2. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
3. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue expansion.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
6. Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
7. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need to have:
1. A minimum of 2 years experience in B2Edu sales, with SaaS and international experience highly valued.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
3. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect Education organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
4. Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
5. Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable.
6. Experience using LinkedIn.
7. Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is a plus.
8. At least C1 English level is required.
9. Fluency in French or German is a bonus.
10. Availability to work 4 days a week at the office.
