We are seeking a customer-focused Italian speaker to join our team as a customer support representative. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Track and update customers on the status of their orders.
Requirements:
- Native or proficient level of Italian (C2).
- Intermediate level of English (at least B2).
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
