About the Role

We are seeking an Italian-speaking customer service specialist to join our team at Sitel. As a customer service specialist, you will provide support to our clients in the online pharmacy industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide Inbound Customer Care
  • Handle Customer Inquiries and Resolve Issues
  • Ensure Smooth Order and Delivery Process
  • Deal with Returns and Complaints
  • Identify Root Causes to Improve Processes
  • Communicate with Customers via Phone and Email
  • Provide Quality Customer Experience
  • Ensure All Complaints are Resolved Effectively
  • Recognize and Promote Additional Products and Services
