Role Overview

This role involves managing incoming calls, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building relations of trust through open and interactive communication, providing accurate information by using established methods/tools, and keeping records of customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, excellent communication and presentation skills, customer orientation, and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing incoming calls from Italian-speaking customers
  2. Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  3. Building relations of trust through open and interactive communication
  4. Providing accurate information by using established methods/tools
  5. Keeping records of customer interaction
Requirements
  • Native or near-native Italian language (C1-C2)
  • Very good command of English language (B2)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
