About the Job

As a member of our Customer Care team, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a friendly, effective, and professional manner. You will work closely with your colleagues to provide solutions-oriented support, rising above expectations and going the extra mile for customers.

Requirements
  • Fluency (C2 level) in Hebrew language
  • Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
  • Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferred)
  • Good analytic skills and logical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills
  • Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
